Who I am

MerchaMax is a payment processing consultancy and ISO based in St. George, Utah, owned and operated by Jeff Glines.

What this site offers

The website provides general educational content about payment processing, a free 24-hour cost analysis service, and a free 15-minute consultation by appointment.

What you agree to by using the site

  • You're 18 or older and have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of any business you represent.
  • You'll provide accurate information when filling out forms.
  • You won't use the site for illegal purposes or to harm others.
  • You won't attempt to scrape, hack, or disrupt the site or its underlying services.

The free analysis

When you upload a statement, I commit to delivering a personalized cost analysis within 24 business hours of receipt. The analysis is provided "as-is" based on the statement you upload. Recommendations are based on my professional judgment of payment industry best practices.

The analysis is not legal advice, tax advice, or compliance advice. For legal or tax questions arising from any recommendations, consult a licensed attorney or CPA.

There is no obligation to act on the analysis. There is no charge for the analysis. I will not enroll you in any paid service without your explicit written consent.

Implementation engagements

If you choose to engage MerchaMax for implementation work (new merchant account setup, dual pricing implementation, POS migration, etc.), we'll execute a separate written engagement letter that governs that specific work. Nothing on this website constitutes a contract for implementation services on its own.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MerchaMax's liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or its free services is limited to $0 (the amount you paid). For paid services, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This limitation does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Washington County, Utah.

Changes
